Opportunities to Volunteer

Community Group Host - This is very simple, you open your home to have a group of friends and family to participate in a Bible study. Serve coffee and cookies and allow a group leader to lead the group.
Kitchen Volunteer - On Sunday mornings there is someone who picks up donuts from Happy Donunts, sets up the kitchen, serves the breakfast and then cleans the kitchen once church starts. We rotate so that each person/couple only has to serve once a month.
Welcome Center - We have a small selection of books and CDs that we have for sell. We need someone to be at the desk at 10:00 AM until 10:30 AM, then return after service for approximately 15 minutes. This person should be friendly and able to reach out to people who look new or lost as they mill around in the lobby area. Also, unlock and sell the items behind the glass.
Clean Up Team - We are looking for people who would be willing to volunteer their time to come in to clean the sanctuary, cafe and children's wing. We are asking for enough volunteers to be able to rotate people so that no one person has to do it all the time.
Prayer Team - People who are willing to attend a one day training class to be able to pray with people at the front of the sanctuary after services.
Hospitality Team - This is a team of volunteers who would be willing to go visit people in the hospital and/or at their homes in times of need. Maybe cook a meal for people who are sick or for a funeral.
