What We Do
Vineyard Kids is our minstry to children from infants to middleschool. Our hope is that every kid who comes to this church will experience the love of God and will be exposed to the Bible, worship and prayer while they spend time in our clases.
When We Do It
We have Vineyard Kids classes on Sunday Morning during our church services (10:30am to noon). Children going to the Nursery/Preschool wing can be brought over as early as 10:15am and can be picked up as soon as the church service is over. Children going to the kindergarten through eight grade clases can be sent over right after the band finishes live worship and they will be released as soon as service is over.
Beginning the first Sunday of September our format is going to change. We are very excited about our weekly VBS. Vineyard Bible School!! For those of you who attended our 2010 Summer VBS you will be excited to know that every Sunday will be a very similar format. All children from Kindergarten to 5th Grade will go to the main lobby of the Children's Building at 10:30. We will share in a children's worship time and than we will have the lesson of the week acted out by our very talented Story Team. From there the two classes will go to the same classrooms that they have been going to. Once the kids are in their classes we will break in two groups for crafts and "Tribal Time." Tribal time is a time for the kids to sit and talk with the Tribal leader about the lesson of the week as well as, most importantly, pray together.
Whenever there is an adult education class (Transformation Life Courses) on Thursday evening (see calendar) or on Saturday childcare will be provided.
